I'm pretty certain I got some kind of food poisoning from eating at this place. I know many other reviews are saying this is a great restaurant. At the time that I ate here, I really enjoyed myself. Unfortunately, I got sick only about an hour after leaving, and I experienced severe heartburn and nausea that continued until about five days later. I had the Patriot Burger and fries, and upon reflection I have a feeling the fact that the bacon on it was severely under-cooked was what led to trouble. I didn't notice that the bacon was nearly raw when I was eating the burger as it was kind of hidden in the other condiments, but when I was finished the burger there was a piece of bacon that fell off onto my plate. I picked it up and ate it and it was then that I noticed how cold it tasted. I like the atmosphere of this restaurant, the service was above average, and the food tasted great, but it certainly wasn't worth getting sick over. I'm writing this review to caution other people that they should use their discretion when deciding whether to eat here. I'm pretty sure that my situation was just a rare error, but hopefully it's not a mistake that the cooking staff will make again.
